Calculation Methodology

Based on International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards. Swath width = 2 × Depth × tan(Beam Angle/2). Line spacing = Swath Width × (1 - Overlap/100). Total distance = (Area × 1000) / Line Spacing.
